I feel like I got scammed, nowhere in the contract did it read that the company could change my access once I paid for the lifetime premium! I am not against companies changing/updating their business models for new customers, but I DO NOT AGREE with companies luring in unsuspecting clients using false premises and then changing the entire contract years later. Although I informed the rep that my access should remain since I paid for lifetime access and otherwise could have gone elsewhere, there was nothing the rep could do to honor my contract with Biztree. When I spoke to a representative, they informed me that the company changed their pricing and policies and no longer offered lifetime access.

All worked completely fine until late 2019 when I tried to download the program onto my new computer using my “lifetime” access key, the key kept coming up as invalid and when I went to the website to find the CS number for help troubleshooting, I noticed that they no longer advertised the lifetime access. I accepted a lifetime access offer for biz tree Business-in-a-box back in 2015 and paid something like $350-$400.
